- Frontline Demonstrations (FLD): Organizing field demonstrations directly on farmers’ lands to showcase and establish the true production potential of new crops and enterprise models.
- Capacity Building & Training: Delivering need-based training programs to update farmers’ practical skills, while equipping extension personnel with knowledge in frontier areas of technology development.
- Extension Programmes: Creating mass awareness about improved, sustainable agricultural technologies through targeted community outreach and public extension channels.
- Quality Seed & Input Supply: Producing and distributing high-quality seeds, planting materials, livestock, poultry, fishery breeds, and essential bio-products directly to the farming community.
- Knowledge & Resource Hub: Acting as the district’s central agricultural technology repository to support public, private, and voluntary initiatives aimed at boosting the local rural economy.
